AES Completes Solar Installation at Oakhurst Presbyterian Church
Alternative Energy Southeast recently completed a solar installation at Oakhurst Presbyterian Church, reflecting the growing adoption of solar for churches and places of worship. The system began generating power on July 10. Supported by funding from the Inflation Reduction Act and Georgia Interfaith Power and Light, the project is projected to save $146,000 over the next 30 years and offset 360 tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
